Delia is an experienced business consultant and advisor supporting small and medium sized enterprises (SME) in the environmental and renewable energy sectors as well as suporting social enterprises, SME and public bodies with sustainable development (economic, environmental and social aspects) and environmental projects.

Delia develops projects on behalf of several small businesses and private individuals for the purposes of funding applications. Venture Wales Ltd, Cardiff, providing genreal and specific business advice to renewable energy and environmental sector growth enterprises in North West Wales. These included businesses in:
- Small hydro.
- Recycling (adricultural, construction, hazardous waste and machinary).
- Biofuel production from oil-seed rape.
Clywd Offshore Tidal Energy CIC, North Wales. Activities towards legally constituting the group and taking forward it's aims and objectives;
- to generate electricity from tidal energy which may also provide a messure of dea defence.
- To establish and maintain an interface with the public for fundraising, awarness raising and education.
- To support sustainable regeneration projects in local coastal communities
- Business planning.
- Identifying and negotiating with key stakeholders including the Welsh Assembly Government.
