Confidentiality of our client's information is taken very seriously and no information will be divulged to any source without the clients prior consent. All of our staff agree to a confidentiality clause as part of their contract.

The bottom line for every service is the final product.

Our expertise is only a means of reaching the end result efficiently.

Our quality procedures are regularly updated to ensure that all design is carried out to the same high standards and in the same way.

We will provide all calculations and drawings in PDF ( to any standard size sheet ) and Autocad format as part of our normal service. Also, a duplicate A3 set of drawings is supplied in booklet form in colour with a clear cover for ease of use on site.

Where drawings are required as hard copies we will provide these at a cost to suit the size and colour of the drawings.

We have the in-house capability of high quantity output at A3 size on high definition laser printers and limited plotting facilities up to A1 size in colour or black and white.

High quantity large format prints are outsourced and are cost dependant on the printers.

Drawings are provided on our title sheets or the client's as required and every effort is made to comply to the CAD standards of our clients.

Reports are bound and covered to the clients requirements.
